Easiest Above Ground Pool

Nothing better than enjoying the sun while relaxing in a pool during the summer. Here in the Midwest summer doesn’t last long but I just had to have a pool.

I got this above ground pool as my first ever pool. The first summer I had it I was pregnant and heard it was going to be a VERY hot summer. I would not have made it through without that pool!

The next year my little girl loved to swim in the pool. I used this floatie so she could kick and float around. Great thing is it comes with a canopy so they get shade as well.

Anyways, back to the pool. This above ground pool is 12’ in diameter and 30” high. It is great for floating around on your back or a floatie of your choice.

This pool is very durable. We had two dogs at the time and one of them was very energetic, he would jump on anything. The pool wall withstood his nail scratching it.

Set up is super easy for this pool. Lay it out, start filling with water, and while it is filling with water blowup the top ring with air. I must make note that you will want to make sure you have the pool exactly where you want it before you start filling it. It will be impossible to move once there is even just a little bit of water.

A filter does come along with this pool to help with moving the water around so it doesn’t start growing stuff. We ran the filter once a day for an hour or so. If we happened to forget for a day or two, then we would run it for at least 4-5 hours. Also, make sure to shock the pool with pool shock and then adding in chlorine tablets into the water also.

I found that this basic pool vacuum works great. Simply hook up to the hose and force of the water will cause an debris in the pool, especially the floor, to be pushed into the mesh bag.
