Homemade Low Carb Creamer

Creamer or no creamer in your coffee? Here is a super easy homemade coffee creamer I use in my coffee.
Here is all you need:
mason jar
NOTE: The size of mason jar will depend on how much creamer you plan on mixing up at one time. Use a larger jar and double or triple the recipe if you don’t want to mix it up as often.
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup almond milk (or any low carb milk option)
sugar free coffee syrup (optional)
collagen powder (optional)
Add heavy cream to jar.
Then add almond milk. Add in flavored sugar free syrup, if you want. I LOVE this part because you can make it any flavor you want.
For optional collagen, you will need about 1/8 cup of hot water and a couple scoops of collagen powder. I like 2 to 3 scoops, but 4 seemed to be too much.
Mix collagen and hot water with milk frother.
When collagen is thoroughly mixed add to mason jar with heavy cream, almond milk, flavored sugar free syrup. Put on pour spout lid and shake to thoroughly mix.
The fun thing about this is you can switch it up with your own tastes.
